What are the benefits of joining the Binance Affiliate Program?
Binance Spot Affiliate
*Total referred traders: the number of users who registered with your referral link and made a Spot, Margin, or Futures transaction.
All of our approved spot affiliate partners receive a 41% commission rate (increased from 20% default for regular partners) on Spot trading. On top of that, those who invite more than 500 traders receive an increased commission of 50%. Once you earn an increased Spot commission rate and pass each quarterly review, it’s for life. Yes, lifetime commissions - no caps, no time limits, just a stream of immediate payouts after each trade completed which only grows the more users you invite.
Membership Evaluation for Spot Affiliates
For each Affiliate, the referral commission rate will be adjusted first for 3 months (that is, 90 days after the adjustment date), and upon the completion of 90 days, only affiliates that meet the below-mentioned criteria will continue to receive referral commission benefits.
- A minimum of 50 users must have signed up with your Binance referral link.
- At least 10 percent of the affiliates referral sign-ups must have made a minimum of one trade.
- The affiliate should also, on a regular basis, share all relevant Binance - related content with their followers and communities.
- If an affiliate does not meet the first two conditions, the affiliate’s referrals need to reach a quarterly minimum total trading volume equivalent to or exceeding at least 50 BTC.
Upon successfully meeting the minimum requirements, affiliates will receive a further 90 days extension at which time the next assessment will be conducted.
Binance Futures Affiliates
In addition to the above benefits, Futures Affiliates can earn up to 40% on Futures trading. You need to go to the futures trading page and open your Futures account in order to become a Binance Futures Affiliate. Binance Futures affiliates will start with a 40% base referral bonus. This means you get 30% of trading fees from your referrals (referral commission received for each VIP0-VIP 1 referred user lasts 12 months from their respective days of Futures account activation and then expires afterward) and your referrals will get a 10% discount on trading fees (will last for 30 days from the date of Futures account activation). BNB holding requirements are also waived for Binance Futures Affiliates.

Membership Evaluation for Futures Affiliates
Each Binance Futures Affiliate’s referral bonus rate will be adjusted for 90 days. Upon the completion of the 90 days, Binance Futures Affiliates will need to have maintained a minimum average of 100+ active trading users with a cumulative trading volume equivalent of 10,000 BTC. Upon successfully meeting the minimum requirements, affiliates will receive a further 90 days extension. This process will repeat every 90 days.* Please note - affiliates are subject to the same basic set of Binance referral terms and conditions.
Rules
- Binance does not allow any affiliate member to solicit an existing Binance user to create a new account with the sole purpose of becoming their referee. If Binance determines that an affiliate has manipulated the referral process, then the affiliate’s membership will be downgraded and the commission rate will be reduced to 20% for Spot and 10% for Futures.
- Binance does not allow any affiliate member to offer any additional referral kickback (share referral commission with invitee) privately. If Binance determines that an affiliate has offered any referral kickback privately, then the affiliate’s membership will be downgraded and the commission rate will be reduced to 20% for Spot and 10% for Futures.
- Binance will void the qualification for any referral commissions of the member’s account if any of the referral violations located here are found (all commission rates will be reduced to 0%).
- If Binance determines that an affiliate conducts any damaging and/or defamatory behavior to Binance, then the affiliate’s membership and qualification will be terminated, with their commission rate reduced to 0%. Binance reserves the right to retrieve all referral commissions that have been distributed to affiliates’ accounts. Including but not limited to the following scenarios:
1. Affiliates post false Binance-related information or negative comments about Binance on social media
2. Affiliates direct users to claim compensation from Binance

Binance Referral Program Rules:
Spot (Margin) & Futures:
For every new user successfully referred to Binance, the referrer will receive commission on fees anytime the new referred user trades on any of Binance’s Spot (margin) or Futures markets. This means you can now freely invite users via either a Spot referral link or Futures referral link and receive the commission from both. You can also give your friends a discount on trading fees when they sign up using your referral link. (Invite now)
Example A:
User A invites User B via a Spot referral link. User A now receives a referral commission on User B’s trading fees whenever they trade on any of Binance’s Spot, Margin or Futures markets.
*To earn both Spot and Futures commission when referring a friend, you will need to ensure you have first opened a Futures account. If you refer a friend using your Spot referral link, but you have not yet opened a Futures account, then you will only earn commission from their Spot trading fees.
Example B:
User A invites User B via a Futures referral link. User A now receives a referral commission on User B’s trading fees anytime they trade on any of Binance’s Spot, Margin or Futures markets.

- If the inviter’s daily average BNB account balance is less than 500 BNB and their base referral rate is 20%, they can choose to share 0%, 5% or 10% with the friends they invite.
- If the inviter’s daily average BNB account balance is 500 BNB or more, their base referral rate is increased to 40%, and they can choose to share 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% or 20% with the friends they invite.
- The spot rate of commission and kickback for a user referred through a Futures referral link is set as per the rate set on the ‘default’ Spot referral link.

Spot and Futures referral programs consolidation:
Binance has linked the trading fee commission for both the Spot and Futures referral programs on 2020-05-11 4:00 PM (UTC). This means you can now freely invite users via either a Spot referral link or Futures referral link and receive the commission from both. However, the linking of commissions does not apply to users referred to Binance via the Spot or Futures referral program prior to 2020-05-07 1:00 PM (UTC).
Binance Pool Referral Program:
Binance Pool is a service platform dedicated to improving the income of miners. When your friends create their accounts and start mining on Binance Pool having signed up using your referral link or code, you'll get a percentage of their pool fee income as a referral reward. In addition, you can also get transaction fee referral rewards for Spot, Margin, and Futures.
You can earn 30% commission when you invite your friends to Binance Pool. This means that you will receive 30% of the invitee’s Mining Pool fee income. The final commission rate is calculated by the total estimated profit x mining fee (2.5%) x commission rate (30%).
Example A:
Our invitee has an estimated profit of 0.0000697BTC. The amount of commission that you would receive would be calculated based on the following:
Estimated Profit x Mining Fee x Commission Rate = Referral Commission
0.0000697 BTC x 2.5% x 30% = 0.00000052 BTC
